It looks like what's truly special about the Buccaneers (Beside their physical prowess) have something to do with their Emotions, more specifically rage, and as Vegapunk described it, the Power of Love.

So, it's safe to assume at this point that Sanji's Power of Love, the Diable/Ifrit flames and the ability to resist mental programming, is somehow related to the Buccaneers.

Whatever that drug that Sora consumed seems to have granted Sanji the special power of the Buccaneers.

Maybe sanji got genes from all extinct races ?

So Reiju behaves from her brothers because of the "power of love" as well due to Sora's influence on her childhood, even tho she is still affected by everything else Judge programmed

No, I don't think Reiju is like Sanji. She's still pretty much still under Judge's thumb, just not as heavily programmed as the rest I guess.

Reiju doesn't appear to have her emotions blocked by the programming like her brothers, just unable to go against Judge's orders. Even then, she still could marginally resist by purposely misinterpreting his orders like the time she didn't put explosives on Sanji's supposedly explosive bracelets.

TBH, Sanji can be both the one to hype the old bastard (as he couldn't move just like the rest) and kick him in the same arc, that's the duality of his character, and while I don't keep my hopes too much up, I still hope for some great moments

It's possible Sanji's resistance to fire and his special Flames come from a Lunarian origin, while his Power of Love that makes him able to make his fire hotter, control his Vinsmoke Powers and be immune to mental programming comes from the Buccaneers.

What's pretty sure at this point, Sora's drug is no simple drug and may have some very special background and very likely relations to the Lunarians and Buccaneers.
