General & Others Things Luffy Basically "Handed" to BlackBeard

Yep, Blackbeard like everyone else was just waiting for Luffy to come along to get things rolling.
- Luffy defeating Crocodile opened up the Shichibukai spot for BB.
- Half of BB’s crewmates were freed from Impel Down due to Luffy’s break in.
- The Road Poneglyphs were already mentioned.
- 2 Ancient weapons locations from Caribou who was carried by the Strawhats
- Big Mom leaving for Wano so Pudding could get kidnapped.
And now Saturn delivered to Devon and whatever else they may have stolen.
Blackbeard owes his career to Luffy.

Killed thatch which lead to ace going after him...and it triggered MF.
Luffy defeated croc but that spot was open for everyone....Lafitte negotiated with the WG and then BB captured Ace.
Luffy broke ID...but BB also had the plan to infiltrate ID.
He was already half there by the time luffy was coming back..
He seized the chaos caused by luffy and ID to his advantage.... just like he seized the opportunity presented by MF war to get even Gura
In 2/3 RPGs law was directly involved and they defeated him...
Shs carried Caribou but it's their dumbness they did..but caribou will only give info... it's BB who will take AW.
Isn't knowing how to take advantages of opportunity presented is smartness in a way?
He is an antagonist and guess what opportunities are presented to everyone...one who seizes it is smart one.

BB was capable of freeing a Warlord spot for himself. It was just more convenient that way.
Luffy piggybacked on BB, not the other way around. BB fucked the Marines up, BB opened the door, BB stopped Magellan.
RP were given to Luffy on a silver platter. A low tier like Brooke managed to get one, lol.

He also acted while the SHs were not close. Thatch was already dead and Ace was already giving chase when Ace met Luffy.
BB is one of the few characters who takes action without direct contact to the SHs. He capitalizes on the upheaval that the SHs cause, but so does everybody else who opposes the WG. Hes not just waiting for Luffys moves though like your post suggests. BB put in 2 years work while Luffy was training haki basics and managed to take WBs spot all by himself. Nothinjg that lead to that was Luffys doing. It was all BBs own plans and ambitions.

BB is the true pirate. He stepped not only on Luffy and his achievements but he stepped on WB as well, basically he was the one who killed Ace (potentially his greatest rival, he didn't know about Luffy), the navy was just a tool. Had beef with Shanks, the revos, wu xi (former owner of the pirate paradise island). He is pretty accomplished.
