Hmm the fact that these people can see this lightning probably means this is NOT haki lightning since no one has ever said they could see haki lightning

like since the start of post time skip when Oda started spamming every attack with black lightning, no one from the Fodder to strong people has ever acknowledged that they could see black lightning

like even aCoC users with their black lightning have never said they could actually see the Black lightning physically there

so it’s noteworthy when anyone can see Garcia’s black lightning… It very likely means it’s not Haki lightning

The Haki lightning we use to figure out CoA and ACoC is probably all just visual effect for readers only, characters don’t see the sparks or trail. It is originally meant to be an invisible force cuz it is just “will” after all but they can feel the Haki being emanated.

Okay. But your reasoning is also faulty. Saying that because it’s fodder that’s seeing the lightning it doesn’t matter… but yet Foddr have also never seen Haki lightning

like we have not been given any implication that being fodder or not should affect whether you see haki lighting or not

since no one from fodder to top tiers can see haki lightning, fodder seeing Garcia’s lightning is not accident imo
