First, Zoro has plotarmor, Kuma doesn't. Kuma could have dropped a Nuke on Zoro's head he would stil survive that.
Second, i don't remember Bucaneers being mention to have some crazy super durability or anything - they simply have a strong body - stronger than the normal person. They ain't fucking Kaidou.

Luffy barely was damaged in this whole arc - being bit by shadow bats was the most damage he got. Luffy put alot of stress on his body by using G2/G3 and taking in the 100 Shadows. Luffy was simply exhausted at the end.

Zoro nearly died from that shit.
