The one positive about this generation I will say is that anime/manga are a lot more socially acceptable.

Last year a saw a guy who was super athletic and popular back in high school and we geeked out about Jujutsu Kaisen lmao
JJK fans look normal, One Piece fans irl look like they don't take showers. It really depends on the anime itself.

Back in College in the jiujitsu club we were all big on Bleach but it took us months to find out because no one would dare be the one to mention anime first in a conversation.

Back then you get bullied for liking anime.

Anime being more popular and socially more acceptable nowadays is a double edged sword imo.

Especially when the world is infested with so called "modern audiences" aka normies aka anime tourists that doesn't know shit. These people will straight up call you "Diddy" if you watches anime. It happens.

Gatekeeping is the only way to prevent this.

They aren't completely wrong dude, anime is filled with degenerate shit more often than not lmao. 95% of anime is perverted fanservice. It's an unfortunate generalization but Japan did it to itself.

Don't get me started on this, but yeah, unironically.

Yeah lifting and strengthening your core/back specifically can greatly improve your overall posture and probably give you a cm or two if you were pretty out of shape
To some degree yes, though depending on the lifting some muscles can get even worse
The main problem is the psoas, it’s a muscle that binds your spine to your hips, so when it gets tight it creates spine lordosis and ant pelvic tilt. This is tight in most people as sitting for hours on end is the primary cause, and even among lifters there’s no common exercise that fixes the issue

And the body overall works like a single unit, like having tight hamstrings would eventually change your posture to have rounded shoulders, rounded shoulders give a forward neck slant etc
