Sorry, but this is so pathetic. Why would anyone lie about something as unimportant such as height? Especialy to add only 2-3 centimeters, which is no fucking difference. And then worry the whole time that she is gonna notice your lie if you have to put your shoes off - like wtf did you expect? That you gonna be able to lie about your height all life and never take your shoes off? Why lie about something that is gonna be exposed anyway?
If you want to bang someone and that's it, sure you can lie about stuff like that if that makes you happy, but for a serious relationship that is just dumb.

This whole 6 foot nonsense is an america only thing, which is around 183cm, that is such a random number and i never heard a girl saying she wants a guy that is 183cm lol
If the girl is 160cm she ain't gonna notice the difference if you are 180cm or 185cm, in both cases she is looking at a skyscraper for her.
That is such a shallow thing to care about.

Most girls prefer a taller guy, but that is not difficult, since most of them are pretty short. Netherlands have the tallest woman in average and that is only 170cm.
It's ok to have preferences, but you have to understand that your partner will not meet all of them and then not dating someone because their height is only 2-4cm shorter than what they would like is absolutely retarded.
There is much more important factors for a healthy relationship than something as useless as height.
It's like not dating someone because their eye or hair color is not what you preferred...
I prefer shorter girls, but i would date even a taller girl than me if we fit together.:luuh:

I don't think you need to lie about Height, start owning up to your height and shortly after it'd not be any big deal to you.

Not that I'm saying it's bad to lie about few cms, most people do it. Short girls do it as well, and they do it with age too. But like someone has already said earlier it'd be embarassing once it's out someday, and so do consider if lying about few cms will be worth it or not.

For dating apps like Tinder, i guess go for it if you want to. Everyone posts edited/filtered pics anyway,

My takeaway from this is that any guy should probably add about 1 or 2 inches to their heights, especially on online dating platforms.
No need for fraudulent insoles, just grow longer hair and style it upwards.

Last week I went on a date with a girl I matched with on hinge
Relations outside of marriage:lawsigh: you'll lose more than your hair for this, sinner

Social constructs can be very harmful to people. If short females can be attractive and cool, why can't short males ?
I am an example of how this is perfectly possible. I'm a short young man in real life, and people around me, from many girls in the schools I attended to adults, have always said that I'm beautiful.
I can use Karol Sevilla as a comparison. I'm in the same height range as her, 150cm, and that height range is just as aesthetically pleasing on me as it is on her. This makes me look like a little angel.
It is the differences in all things that make the world beautiful. We must learn to appreciate the quality in the differences of people and other things around us, and make the most of our own positive differences. This is how we defeat the harm caused by social constructs.
I will start showing myself on the forum in the near future. Everyone get ready to evaluate me when the time comes.
