PED use is actually crazy, people don’t even realize that your response to gear is largely genetic.

There are tons of people who take gear, fuck up their hormones for life and need to inject TRT forever just to function, and don’t even get a good physique out of it

In person it is a completely different game, depending on the setting the only one you are competing with could be yourself at that moment in time. This is where being confident takes precedence above everything else. I've seen some of the shortest dudes bag the most women, and I'm talking 5'4" levels of short.

Yeah this is actually so fucking sad to see.

It's really a shame, especially for people who only care about looking aesthetic enough to just be attractive. 1-2 years of natty lifting and focused nutrition should be good for almost anyone.

Instagram singlehandedly led to exponentially more young people undergoing cosmetic procedures and taking PEDs to live up to fake standards that social media put on them.

The issue is on dating apps you are competing with pretty much the entire city if not world in some cases. And women are in the driver's seat, they essentially get whoever they swipe. So when you as a women have all the options in your fingertips, ofcourse you are gonna filter out as much as you possibly can. So this is a massive disadvantage for most men, it's not just the content giving off an unhealthy illusion it's a legit phenomenon, but this is far more prevalent on these dating apps.

I think I said it earlier, but I’m only using hinge as a crutch because I’ve just moved to a new city and don’t know anybody that well yet.

This actually reminds me, sometimes I really do wish that I knew a lot of y'all IRL instead of on this goofy ass site lmao.

Out of roughly 7-8 people in my inner circle of friends, maybe 2 of them have a deep enough bag to go from shitting on fictional character power-levels to 5 minutes later discussing the damaging effects of social media on society. Lotta 1-dimensional people around me tbf.

Competition aside, for people who only like lifting or want to get bigger, the natural potential is actually pretty insane, but you have to grind real hard. Most people don’t comprehend this potential and think they peaked early on, and hop onto gear early on. P4p you’ll hardly find someone stronger than the pro natural bodybuilders, because if you want to build muscle as a natty after the first of many plateaus, you have to take heavy lifting to another level
It’s pretty hard to do, and as a natural when you outperform people on gear the ego boost hits different lol
This is not for everyone depends on the goal I guess, lately I’ve been leaning more towards functional lifts especially for legs

I cannot wait to begin the bulk man... it's the final 6 days of the cut.
The plan is to bulk until the end of this year with a 6 week minicut in the middle.

Starting out at 65 Kgs/9% bf @ 5'8 ... let's see how far i can go.
