Competition aside, for people who only like lifting or want to get bigger, the natural potential is actually pretty insane, but you have to grind real hard. Most people don’t comprehend this potential and think they peaked early on, and hop onto gear early on. P4p you’ll hardly find someone stronger than the pro natural bodybuilders, because if you want to build muscle as a natty after the first of many plateaus, you have to take heavy lifting to another level
It’s pretty hard to do, and as a natural when you outperform people on gear the ego boost hits different lol
This is not for everyone depends on the goal I guess, lately I’ve been leaning more towards functional lifts especially for legs
