Isnt Ousen historically hailed as the best general in that period? Im sure he will win in the end.
lol. History spoilers:

Ousen is viewed as one of the four best generals of this period. The reason Ousen is viewed that way won’t happen for another 10+ years in the manga.

Riboku is also viewed as one of the four best generals of this period. The reason he is viewed that way is because of the current events in Kingdom, IE Riboku repeatedly curbstomping and defeating Qin’s best generals (first Kanki, now Ousen, in the future…lol).

No. Historically Ousen will be top 4 but as far as I know there is no definitive number one.

In the manga maybe. But this defeat will always loom over him lol. People will be discussing Riboku vs Ousen even when Ousen is in his prime lol.

I see, thank you. Well now its 1-1 right?
lol.

Technically yes. But the reality is Ousen barely edged out a win against Riboku at Gyou. You could argue that if Riboku’s own state hadn’t rung the bell, Riboku may have won. But yes Ousen technically did inch out a win.

At Hango, Riboku utterly curb stomped Ousen. Shibashou annihilated Ousen’s central army and killed all of his commanders, and in the end Ousen literally lost 120k men in a single day of battle thanks to Shibashou and Futei, actually lol.

Ousen inched out a win at Gyou.

Hango Riboku (Shibashou) folded Ousen like a lawn chair, killed all his commanders and exterminated his entire army, folded Ousen up into a paper boat and sent him floating down the river lmfao.

Nope, it's Bai Qi (Hakuki in Kingdom).

Zhao never lost 400k men though. They did 20 years ago against Hakuki, that shit ain’t super relevant anymore. When there are tens of millions of people in your state, Zhao having less than 400k soldiers twenty years later isn’t a big deal..lol
Zhao doesn't have tens of millions though, what the hell? Lol. Qin dynasty had 20-30 million at their peak, Zhao alone would have 4-5 million at best.

You know what this means right? The next time the pendulum will swing the other way.

Riboku dying the way he does in history would only just confirm that he was truly the greatest general and that it was impossible for anyone to overcome him. RBK haters better pray Hara changes his ending and makes him lose on the battlefield otherwise it shall be Riboku > Lousen forever lol.

How does he die in history?

Ei Sei outright stated at Coalition that there were tens of millions of people living in Qin. Zhao is like, the same size as Qin.
Which chapter?

Riboku dying the way he does in history would only just confirm that he was truly the greatest general and that it was impossible for anyone to overcome him. RBK haters better pray Hara changes his ending and makes him lose on the battlefield otherwise it shall be Riboku > Lousen forever lol.
Qin is going to need divine intervention
(earthquakes and famine)
to be able to attack Zhao again lol so I don't see any way Ousen can beat Riboku cleanly.

How does he die in history?
Qin uses their giga corruption skills and have the Zhao court convince their King that RBK is a threat to his rule. He then gets imprisoned and executed after successfully repelling several Qin invasions even after Zhao was struck by earthquakes. Quite literally they couldn't beat that man and just after his death Qin conquered Zhao without any issues.
