The Penquins of the Penquin Trio, matchup with the Monster Trio.
Sanji being the third to join and turning Luffy and Zoro's duo into a trio.
The Monster Trio term being indirectly coined by Nami in Thriller Bark.

What's more, they hint the Blackbeard Matchups.

Penquin #1:
Luffy's eyescar, sorta. (Looks like an eyepatch, maybe Oda's eyepatch drawing of Luffy)
Blackbeards Hat
Blackbeards Frown

Penquin #2:
Lafittes Dimples
Lafittes eyeliner
Lafittes Hat
Lafittes creepy expression.
...Strangely more Sanji than the third, as the bandage slightly over the face on his right mirrors Sanji's hair.
Darker eye? Something under Sanji's hair?

Pizarro's Royal Hat
Pizarro's mustache, but downward.
Pizarro's buck teeth in center top lip.
Zoro's left closed eye.

At first I thought, #2 was for Zoro and #3 for Sanji, but the features only matchup opposite.

As for Shiryu, I assume he'll leave or get taken out before the matchups. With this.
