You must be legends for reading 150 Chapters you rate as garbage, that's like 4-5 Years of self torturing

I agree pooth
Wano was a disaster class
The worst arc of all shounen!
Lol welcome back Pooth but you are 6 months too late. Wano's issues have already been discussed at ad nauseum on here. Now we are in Egghead arc.
I have not read a full chapter since 1042
Oda sort of forgot to write a story while he was drawing Wano. It's okay, it happens.
Cannot believe it is the same person who wrote enies lobby.
Fishman Island was the most retarded arc by far

Imagine being a fish, living in some bubble for human convenience and getting exploited by fodder humans instead just living in the deep water where humans can't reach you

Imagine having some low life fodder threatening your princess/daughter for decade since she 6 y/o while you have protection from Whitebeard himself

And that's w/o getting into the (really idiotic) details...

Worse arc by far
It was not 4 fucking years long

I think it has something to do with the theme of the arcs. We're stuck seeing samurai and ancient japan theme for a long time, that throws the story off. Now we got futuristic theme and robots. If this arc drags like Wano does, it would be even worse for sure. Just want more variety. Marines and other pirate crews are almost non-existent in the story anymore, barely does anything cool, which is like the entire point of this manga.. Whatever happend to marine hunting from Crossguild? Lol

@Celestial D. Dragon Wasn't wano going to be carried by the ending what happened to that ?

I think it has to do with the author dragging out and enlogating the series with illogical plot, underwhelming new characters and of course no continuity of the set up plots/existing characters' portrayal

Wano's pretty good
What is good about it?

@Shimotsuki Ghostly I am surprised how oda can write a negative tension arc and people like him exist

Celestial D Dragon and Hades have been broken ever since ZKK did not happen? I am pleasantly surprised to see not many people defending Wano in Worstgen.

If it was still going i bet more people here would defend it

Honestly, there seems to be people who defend the series and Oda, no matter what he says and does and how bad the story gets, instead just blaming the ones who point out the increasing, unavoidable cracks in it.

They are the reason why Oda feels he can exploit us like this too, like when artists put put out the most insipid, low effort, overpriced, insulting, fraudulent stuff and people still rush out to buy and fight over it.

It's such cult-like behaviour and its frustrating because they get so defensive and thus hostile towards anyone who doesn't immediately blindly life the series and calls it peak fiction, a 10/10 every chapter.

There is still plenty I love about the series including post TS and in Wano somehow but they see our criticisms and complaints and assume we blindly hate OP, always have done and just read it for years at minimum out of spite and masochism.
It's utterly nonsensical and frustrating.

:kaidowhat::risitameh::mrgo::lawsigh:

What they don't realise is people like us criticise so much because we care about and love the series so much. We know the series can and has been better and we're hard on it because we don't want to see it fall from grace and become something worse than it deserves to be, just like someone we care about making bad choices in life, on a downward spiral. Tough love of course.

I could write so much about why I love and loved OP for most of my life and still do. I constantly have internal arguments with myself Pudding style over the current state of it, its state post TS and it's future too.

Sorry such a huge rant but man, I just can't understand how people can so earnestly/sincerely defend current OP and especially Wano and to now too.

You know those two are Luffy fans who hated ZKK?
They switched!!!!!?

One sad thing wano achieved is that it took the emotion from the series from me. I would be surprised if oda could write something worse than Wano.

Oda treats us like consumers. I do not think oda's heart is in one piece anymore. I think oda draws because that is the thing he is mostly used of doing.

@Hades since when did you switch from zoro to luffy

I just want to interject and say that criticism doesn’t equal hate. The purpose of criticism is to evaluate an author’s work. It’s basically sharing your opinion with textual evidence, however, your opinion should avoid logical fallacies and biases. Authors should value criticism because it’s a way to improve their craft.
