Except by then Luffy will have actually

• become pirate king
• learned all variation of hakis
• reach Shanks/Roger level haki and not that weak rooftop shit
• master his awakening
• even more massive passive strength gains due to sailing from island to island and haki blooms
• and probably even stronger technique than gear 5

Meanwhile 2 JOBnko lost to 3 rookies:

• 2/3 did not have haki to damage Big Mom and they still beat her
• while the other used Kaido as a training tool and Kaido still lost. And that's only with 1 week of haki training and still noob with adv CoC. Imagine if Luffy started out the fight with all his power ups. Kaido would get mid diff'd.

Greenbull accomplished more in 1 page in his introduction than Kaido and Big Mom did whole war.

Yes exactly like that. Now if Kizaru was actually trying Oda would write himself into a corner. He would have to figure out a way for them to avoid being turned into swiss cheese

With Kaidou and Big Mom his solution was eh... let's just have everyone eat all their attacks. Even Katakuri was a bigger threat with Mogura, to the point where Oda made Katakuri inaccurate despite FS and refuse to fight with it in conjunction with his awakening, that's sad.

The funny thing about kaido supposed 1 vs1 king was not explained how he get this , oden and gear fourth luffy is base on cheating and not true 1vs 1 battle.

Awful with the exception of Shanks. The Admirals have looked better in every scene despite being called weaker than the Yonko by most of the fan base. Heck even BB hasn’t done much in his latest appearances.
