Secondly, correcting the number reference on how many times Kaido has been captured doesn't really contradict the point I was making.

If Orochi were to awaken into a giant Mythical Beast, that towers over the Country, and starts rampaging. How would it be a bad thing if Zoro beheaded an island sized Beast, with 8 heads? I fail to see how that would be a bad look for Zoro if he took out something like this.
