You realize the same logic could be applied to Brook/Chopper right?
Based on what ? Even if you give them the benefit of the doubt, Perospero made it clear there is a vast difference in strength, same guy who also dispatched Pedro with minimal effort, with a 300 million+ bounty, made him blow himself up, only lost a limb in the process. If you think Brook is in any way shape or form ready to take on someone like this, godspeed.

I can't believe the ''no'' option is winning, people have lost all trace of narrative interpretation
Luffy vs the head honcho
Zoro vs the stoic badass swordsman 1st mate
Sanji vs the flamboyant 2nd mate
Jinbe vs the half-fishman 3rd mate
Franky vs the tanky-looking F6
Robin vs the giant woman F6 that shares her framework
Brook vs the swordsman F6
Nami vs the sassy F6 who shares her framework

The only one that’s unclear is Usopp or Chopper vs Page One

That arc made it perfectly clear why the Strawhats lost, its pointless to apply the same logic to every single loss they take. I guess, if Franky were to lose to Katakuri, it's due to a lack of focus, totally not because he's simply about 3 universes beneath him.

My problem with these matchups is it ruins any form of consistency with power levels, Franky was never portrayed to be anywhere remotely powerful enough to take on a high ranking Yonko subordinate throughout the entire timeskip, yet here he's supposedly going to defeat one all of a sudden. Sure, Oda rarely obeys these rules, but it doesn't make things any less stupid imo.

I agree with everything, but just buy Chopper vs. Pageone.

An ancestral zoan is perfect for Chopper to test the physical limits of his monster form. I think Chopper will definitely awaken the monster point, and combine it with his rumble balls, he will awaken the maximum potential of his strength, and the hybrid Pageone is the perfect character for physical combat against a natural monster.

And Usopp is the perfect character for defeating Orochi and destroying the dictatorial tyranny of wano. And the population of Wano sees him as ''God'' and he continues on his journey as a brave sea warrior collecting statues and leaving a legacy wherever he goes ... That would fit perfectly with Usopp.

Katakuri and several other soldiers were on the ship with Perospero. I think that there’s plenty of excuses for Brook and Chopper getting quickly defeated

It's not just Perospero no diffing Brook and Chopper. At BM's wedding the Vinsmokes had to step in to save the Straw Hats from the Veterans

Yonji saved Carrot from Daifuku

Reiju saved Nami from Smoothie

Niji saved Chopper from Oven

Chopper was legit getting no diffed by Pero and Oven, and now he's gonna beat a Tobbi Roppo?
Right, absolutely nothing suggests these guys are anywhere near strong enough for Oven etc.

Oda could easily make it happen, he's far from consistent with his power levels, doesn't make it any less ridiculous.

These guys are handcrafted for the Vinsmokes...

Does this guy look like he's strong enough to take on a Yonko Veteran?

Yeah take example where they were vastly outnumbered won't you
guess there's no way Sanji can beat Yuen lol

The Vinsmokes weren't outnumbered right? It was just Brook and Chopper.

It's not like Germa was fighting tens of thousands of people

Vinsmoke attacked Smoothie & co while they were focused on their target. I don't get why you're even bringing Vinsmoke in this since I believe they're stronger than veterans but weaker than commanders

The second example is hardly fair, they were outnumbered
Dude Chopper was crying...Oven literally grabbed him by the head while smiling. It's not like anyone else jumped in to help.

People gotta understand tiers man....

There is

Top Tiers (Admirals/Yonkos)
Commanders (Top 3)
Top Veterans (Mid Tiers like Oven, Daifuku, Pero, Tobbi Roppo, etc...)
Prominent Veterans (Tamago, Pekoms, Mont D'Or, I'd also place Pedro here)
Then MAYBE we can talk about guys like (Opera, etc.., Mid Trio)

But even Pedro couldn't hack it against Pero, but now Brook and Chopper will?

CP9 said the exact same thing lmao. Reread Blueno vs. Luffy. Villains are extremely overconfident in this story

Edit: And they have to be. There may be 10 years of story left at most, but I'm not sure where you expect characters to grow. Brook absolutely gimped Big Mom after getting "owned" by Pero, are we going to ignore that Oda makes his main characters as strong as they need to be whenever he needs them to be?

Your tiers don't have any basis in canon
