Speculation in that I believe both Sasaki's and Who's Who's portrayals are likely to be a lie.

We saw how Sasaki had gotten a level of portrayal somewhat comparable to WsW, ultimately he is currently getting manhandled by Franky.

Drake is meant to potentially fight off Queen on the other hand.

So the best I can see as likely is both Drake and WsW to rank right below Jack in the power ranking, possibly not even be weaker and who knows what.

I'm still not convinced with Jinbe vs. Who's Who... There must be a reason why he wasn't shown in the latest chapter when the rest were and Sanji-Robin swap is hinted... After Marco goes down, there's no one else who can fight King and Queen with Sanji... And for all we know, the build-up for Sanji and Jinbe tag and "interfering" with each other in battles was foreshadowed since FI arc up until when they were escorting Luffy...
