People who actually have a brain know that the validity of something should be tested through falifiability, i.e., information that contradicts the hypothesis instead of verifying it. And by doing so we can indeed conclude that Oda has nothing to do with filler scenes, hence why they eventually contradict the canon material; Trébol behaving like a logia before Oda revealed him to be Paramecia, Brook suffering from electrocution before Oda revealed his immunity, Zoro slashing steel before Oda revealed the breath of things, Drake being the 1% man before Oda revealed Hawkins to be so... are some blatant examples.
Never, ever use anime as an argument for anything; especially something like Zoro stronger than Luffy when Oda's actual, explicit statements put Luffy as the person who intends to become the strongest person or as the only one capable of defeating Kaidou.
