apparently these 2 frames are 2 diffrent situations, sanji's boots are having problems,s shark is attacking Robin, it's just edited in a way it looks connected

Teach being sent flying does make sense with how that scene actually played out.

Otherwise, it doesn't explain how he went from the coast of the island outside of the village to being in the middle of the village.

One thing i wish people woukd stop saying is that Oda is a big part of the animatioj and how they do things. Like once a month they probably go to oda with a file he doesnt read and instead they just mention what they're doing. Toei doesnt get their cues from oda.

Zoro being better animated is subjective Sanji animation in Wano was very good especially the canon scenes.

Point is that this isn't the first time TOEI pulled something like that against Sanji

Toei - send him flying and then make him BOUNCE from the wall as if he is made up of rubber ball.

That's horrible because there are many anime watchers only who will take it at face value

No dude. Nothing indicates that Teach moved while being attacked by Seraphim. We can see that there are some tree in the panel he used black hole too so probably he was already at city.

Most of the filler scenes are successes of what is official, things are simply added that due to time in the manga are eliminated
Why is it always a coincidence how most of the filler scenes favor Zoro and detract from Sanji? Because it is simply the reality of each character's level and when the filler scenes show that, the pervert fans get angry xD

You will say that they are invented by Toei and that Oda has nothing to do with it. But why did they add a Zoro scene with clear hints of the king's haki in sabaody if Oda hadn't mentioned anything to the team?

And yes we have many more things and details. The filler saga where Luffy and Zoro fight, with Zoro winning (what kind of animation team would do something like that? winning a character from the main protagonist?) Do you think Oda would have allowed it if it were crazy? No, but how for people who have brain, it is logical to think that Zoro >= Luffy and more so with the details that Oda gives, well, that's how it was.
