Then they’re intentionally causing a mislynch if they read the player in the PoE Town and don’t follow which is throwing, so best to kill that slot.

If I, as town, believe that one of your pics is wrong and do not visit them, thus stopping that person from dying, how is that throwing?

Isn't that like saying that if a vig chooses not to shoot someone they find towny, they're throwing?

so hypothetically if there were 3 town kills at night and u get 1 scum the first night
u r just going to continue next night with ur 3 kills?? and what if u get no scum the second time? 5 townies dead bc u decided to speedrun
the idea is these r all town controlled kills so if we fk up we fk up, it wud just accelerate momentum = townie no matter what
 
That’s where you’re wrong. Imagine we mislynch, scum have a free kill and if some Townies use their actions uncoordinated (you can always assume most want to use and not abstain) you can even cause many more deaths at night than via a coordinated targeting.

ur assuming inactives r going to read thru 1000 tags on diff ppl they should shoot and all go abt it in a coordinated fashion
its far easier to just set one standard the entire game bc thats easy for everyone to follow

Well no, because you risk them surviving this way. And if people see them survive they will mislynch them the next day and assume most of those 7 players are Mafia when let’s say most are Docs and just didn’t target that player. Thus chaining miskills and losing Town the game.
 
We can also just have 2 targets for safety reasons.
But not coordinating actions is dumb as fuck.
The real issue is that coordinating actions will, naturally, give scum info. If we coordinate too obviously, scum will be more likely to NK someone who wasn't visited, thus increasing the number of townies total.

...And this is, of course, assuming that scum don't simply try to play whoever makes this list, since this will effectively be making it so every night has four lynches. If scum have good threadpull, they can do a lot with that.

The faction kill is the free kill. And again, nobody wants to play Vanilla. This is Role Madness. Might as well use the powers we have instead of holstering.

not probably, it is straight up the most effective way to do so

mafia doesnt have a way to survive town kills outside of a 1x roleblock. town can fire about 7 kill shots per night if we coordinate properly (unlikely)

this is basically like a weird form of dethy setup, a more town favored one

statistically i found the best way to approach this is we create a PoE of 5-7 slots by end of the day. lynch one of them and then do this:

arrange the 5 poe guys like this:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.

then, from the real playerlist, players whose number divided by 4 = 1 (rounded down), visits player 1
players whose number divided by 4 = 2 (rounded down) visits player 2 in the poe
etc.. until we cover all 5 suspects

this covers all contingencies i can think off
Isn't this how Josephus tricked everyone into dying so that he could live?

basically no reason to assume worst case scenario when this is something in our control, if we make a bad poe, then fk it thats our fault, but if we get a good one we win. think of it as town having alot of vig shots basically. u dont have to all shoot night 1 but itd be stupid to not blast a few down poe, specially since there r no cops or whatever this game so no townies will be intentionally playing sus to survive longer and we dont need to worry about power roles hiding among poe
why are you so confident we make a "good one" on D1 tho, we have nothing basically and am starting to flip out as if the game continues like this rhythm, we are pretty much fucked.

And the alternative is again, that people use actions how they want and cause more deaths. Fucking hell.

First 11 on the player list if Doc focus on Player 1.
The other 10 on Player 2.
Or we just have 1 target. Any coordination is better than letting people use their stuff willy nilly.
