That's because liberals think that the far right in power will prove to people how bad they really hard. It's a cynical bet that they will be reelected for many years after Trump's fall. Macron did the same bet by dissolving the french assemblee and putting now hard core conservative in the goverment.

What they do not realize, is that, Trump or any one in the far right failing doesn't make the far right worst to people, but better. Simply because people who vote for them do not care about facts and actual real datas. They have an identitary agenda. They will vote constantly against their interests no matter what.
