The title of kaido's pirate group is "The Beast Pirates" or "Animal Kingdom Pirates". So with them dont have zoans DF is so odd especially when kaido itself is a shenlong dragon.

If they don't have zoans, then they will be useless pretty faces and not actually competent fighters. That's one of the worst fates that could plausibly befall them, I'd rather pass on that please.
