The introduction of the tobi roppo was in chapter 979. So we need 45 chapters in the manga and maybe 50+ more episodes in the anime. LOL.

Aoi Koga would be perfect for Ulti's split personality. Dunno if her agency sees her fit for that role though, there're a lot of politics that go into VAs especially a mega popular one like Aoi.
