I disagree with this , Jinbei crew is def fresh and different . I like Aladdin and few others they are all distinct and mysterious i hope to see them in war .

@RayanOO was talking about Jinbei being in the Straw Hats, he was saying that it would be far better if Jinbei stayed a friend of the Straw Hats and the captain of the Sun Pirates instead of joining the Straw Hats.

The only possible thing is oda wanted someone with beauty to fall in love with MC .

Shirahoshi has crush on Luffy as well and vivi clinged on luffy at times .

I would say no one really loves Luffy and hancock's love is more of obsession , she is notorious and her desire to get anything she wants and luffy has shown least interest in romance for now .

Maybe but it was sealed way back in fishman island when Jinbei shared his blood with luffy . Jinbei's crew is pretty talented imo Aladdin will make great captain as well !

To your answer its hard to tell we might see in future if he interacts well with SHP . Clearly he has been recruited for the laughtale journey and given complex sea route to the final island Jinbei is the key to the crew.

they could've introduced him as someone in RA
but making him suddenly their brother
and giving him Ace's df and make him very similar in personality
is dumb
