Even then Sanji's arc in WCI was unneeded and ass for a variety of reasons. So its a lose lose situation for every character involved that's not Luffy.

100% facts. I personally found it weird that Zoro hasn't done shit in Wano the entire time Luffy wasn't present. You'd think he'd at least try to venture around the country to find strong swordsmen or discover more lore on Ryuma or something, but instead he was mindlessly wandering around the place like a complete drunktard, only to get framed for murder and then kill a magistrate soon after. Honestly laughable on how high our expectations were back then. Now I've learned my lesson and expect less than the bare minimum.

Wano was a wake up call for many lol, taught us to stop overestimating OP and not expect some sort of groundbreaking writing.

OP has a structured writing form that doesnt take many risks and follows what the plot proposes.

When we are appraoching lodestar nami fans will be making threads it will be her arc to shine followed by robin fans

Luffy will use his advanced advanced observation haki to sonar the whole planet. Essentially completing namis dream for her.

He'll use the voice of all things to find out all the world secrets and tell Robin (and Chopper) about the void century & the elixir to heal all things (coincidentally something the ancient kingdom already had).

He'll find the all blue on accident & kick a haki coated rock, chipping Yoru and thereby making it easier for Zoro to break it

Bro look at what happened to Zoro in Wano, in the land of swordsmen, and when he is a descendant of Ryuma. Usopp might get 5-10 more panels than his usual panel time lol. If you expect more, you are setting yourself up for a letdown.

For the love of Goda.. STOP HAVING ILLEGITIMATE EXPECTATIONS.

NOTHING in the story proved that Sanji should have shined as a fighter in whole cake
NOTHING in the story proved that Zoro should have an arc in Wano
And
NOTHING is the story proves that Elbaf will be Usopp arc !!

Stop having those illegitimate expectation, READ the story, don't expect something that was NOT setup. You are hurting the community.

Stop being retarded Oda sickmuncher Usopp has always been at the forefront when Elbaf was mentioned.
With the exception of the half giant half fishmenin Foxys crew Usopp has always had most relationship with any giant that participated in an arc. (oimo ,Hajrudin, Dorry, Broggy and Kashi)
