The reason I showed the Kaku pic was in irony. That we shouldn't be using random examples from the manga to prove our point that x person categorically is defined as a Sanji opponent because he used his foot to kick Sanji instead. Like the same character has used a sword just as much as he threw a kick lol, all of one time.
What has more solidified grounds for argument are how King and Queen have very similar interactions to each other like Mr 1/Mr 2 and Kaku/Jabra did before Zoro and Sanji fought them, or the fact that Queen has taken interest in Sanji due to Judge and being clearly related to Vegapunk.
Again, everything is speculation until Oda puts it down on paper, the question is how toxic are people going to be with their viewpoints if their arguments aren't actually grounded with much proof?
Edit: And thats not to say my "proof" is better than anyone else, but I find it funny that Oda's writing habits are being equated to person throwing one kick.

VIZ but nevertheless manga time in Shonen is usually not linear compared to real life expectations. And regardless of anything it was enough to divert the trajectory of the strike plus as a matter of fact the explosion occurred and it seems that Zoro took it entirely as he was not teleported still going by the VIZ.
