If Oda doesnt want to keep Sanji as 3rd strongest, he fights whoever solo and Big Mom with team while Jinbe, Kidd or Law take on Queen and Jack. Sanji would be against PageOne or Perospero in that case most likely.

That's not the problem, i just don't see them fighting them 1 on 1. If they fight them in teams, i can kinda see it happening.
Those guys think they can take on Calamities and even win against them, they ain't getting soloed by the weaker SH's lol. Peros destroyed both Brook and Chopper with ease. Just as an example.
