Future Events Was it Zoro who fought against Kizaru, or was it Luffy?

Well, it's rather peculiar, you see, to know that the Luffy versus Kizaru showdown is on the horizon when we've got a panel essentially showcasing the future. And within this panel, we have G5 Luffy practically unscathed, which in itself is quite astounding. Just the sight of a conscious G5 Luffy is enough to send shivers down your spine, honestly. I mean, consider this: Luffy went head-to-head with Kaido for about 3 to 4 rounds, bit the dust in the fourth round, and finally, when he managed to take down Kaido, both Luffy and Kaido were depicted descending simultaneously, highlighting a truly stark difference. As Kaido plunged into the magma, Luffy hit the ground (landing in Yamato's embrace), but that's not the crux of the matter.

The real issue lies in the fact that:

- Kaido and Luffy fell simultaneously, with Luffy also unconscious.

- Following that, Luffy went straight for medical treatment and a blood transfusion.

- He slept for 7 consecutive days, both Luffy and Zoro. The fact that they both woke up was even a cause for celebration.

- And even 7 days after the battle against Kaido, and after waking up, Luffy was still receiving blood.

The question is, what does this Luffy panel represent?

How is it that he fought against Kizaru, and just a day later he's completely fine, no bandages, laughing, without even sleeping for a day? The curious thing is that Zoro isn't shown here. Could it really have been Zoro who killed/defeated Kizaru? Or is Luffy so strong that he pulled off a Mid Diff against Kizaru?

We will see soon enough when they actually fight.

Which Chapter is that panel by the way i'm searching but i'm not finding it..
I don't remember which chapter it is in.

But I believe that in the chapter where Luffy vs Lucci collide, Dr. Vegapunk asks Nami about this transformation, and she says she doesn't know much about it. I find this information confusing because how would Nami not know if Luffy was using it on the ship, jumping and laughing, and no one asked him about it? Lol.

Is it okay for Oda to ignore the interaction that the SHS have on the ship, witnessing Luffy jumping, laughing, while changing appearance into a white form, and not asking Luffy about it is indeed the pinnacle of writing. lol

Both luffy and zoro look like fight with all they got. Sanji and jimbe for the 3rd and 4th beast in SHP got a lot weaker enemy than their power, but maybe for sanji he got a strong opponent and thanks to his exoskeleton he got a little damage.

I prefer sanji that fight kizaru, but looking the matchup maybe zoro will fight kizaru. And sanji fight lucci and Luffy will fight saturn.
To be honest, Luffy has already fought against Kaido, Zoro has fought against Kaido and King, so it would be good for it to be Sanji's turn now, and for him to end up defeating Kizaru here.

The Gear 5 Luffy in that panel is the one where Luffy was fighting Lucci, Luffy was not using Gear 5 on the Sunny.

Also why the fuck would Luffy be using Gear 5 on the Sunny.

As for Akainu and Warcury's reaction, their reaction is after finding out Luffy and his crew arrived at Egghead.

Yeah i prefer that way. But looking by its matchup something kinda missing if sanji fight 2nd strongest enemy. But if zoro one man vs all vice admiral look great too for me.

Are you playing Devil's advocate?..

It's pretty clear cut.. Luffy used Gear 5 on the Sunny and they were all laughing about it..
