Future Events Was this chapter setup for Mihawk to fight an admiral?

While I'd prefer reading Mihawk vs Issho or Mihawk vs Aramaki, they're likely being reserved for proper fights, and not to serve as hypetools.
Sengoku is then more likely for Mihawk. Strong, conqueror, weakened by age but still a strong legend from his generation. He could give a believable (yet mostly offscreened) fight to Mihawk and lose without anything of value being sacrificed for future matchups.
Just like Garp is about to become Aokiji's (and thus admiral's) hypetool, while Shanks and Blackbeard instead used the strongest rejects of the youngest generation.

Mihawk as Shanks rival has already portrayal above the admirals, otherwise he will be not Shanks peer but just somebody who got wifi diffed, scared away, frozen etc. And of course it will be redundant with Shanks vs GB. Maybe if Cross guild goes to Impel down he could have a fight with Magellan or even Weevil or a pumped up Doffy (most likely this is for Croco if a fight eventually happens).

Mihawk vs Shanks / Aokiji or maybe even Teach although I still think Aokiji is stronger or maybe Shiryuu if he is the strongest
Crocodile vs Benn Beckman / Teach or Aokiji or Shiryu
Daz Bones vs Lucky Roo / Burgess maybe Shiryu(?)
But that's it. I don't think Cross Guild would have someone to deal with Yasoop, Rockstar / all the other titanic captains that still left
Specially when Giants left Buggy's crew.
I guess Oda is hyping Daz Bones again using S-Hawk. Maybe he will try to make them similar in strength since for now S-Hawk is obviously stronger but Daz Bones may have already awakened his DF.
