I don't want to say this is TOP 1 moment but gawd damn is it hard to find something that beats it.
To touch base on the contenders I feel that;
Whitebeards death panel was damn great
I want to live was honestly ass, the anime went hard tho.. Sogeking burning the flag trumps I want to live by a fucking mile unless you want to count those as the same thing, you just might be cooking there
Blackbeard's dream speech in context of and relevance to the story is absolutely amazing but the actual delivery doesn't hit as anywhere near as hard
Gear 5 was a ride, the hype was definitely there but it was a bittersweet experience
I'm not even going to bother with Luffy X Sanjino piece bullshit.
Idk but I think another viable contender may be zoro unlocking breath of all things against Mr. 1. and Sanji chuffing a phattie and talking shit while burnt like a KFC tendie just before closing on a Friday night.

Yeah there was a few I missed, it was already a wall of ramble. 
I kinda just went with the ones I loved or hated and went spastic with the talk jutsu
Tbh as much as I liked that scene it never really stuck with me, I don't even really know why.
comparing it to a lot of Post TS scenes this is definitely a stand out.
I'm very interested to see how this arc goes, its already lining up itself up to have some of the most relevant and impactful scenes since the timeskip, hell I wouldn't be surprised if we get a new GOAT scene this arc.

Although, to be clear, I think these 5 moments are OP's anime greatest moments.
If we're talking about OP's manga 5 greatest moments, I'd replace the "Arlong Park Walk" (since it's an anime original scene) with the entirety of Nami asking Luffy for help and Luffy lending her the straw hat, before he says of course and we got the reveal that the other 3 SHs are there already.
Basically, the walk makes it for the anime, but the Straw Hat lending made it for the manga.
