So I just asked Rej and he said there isnt going to be a N0, straight up goes into Day 1 after Day 0 but there might be an intermission in between.

Also yeah. There will be a break and then D1 as it has traditionally been the case in most of these kind of games where D0 was a thing.
I can also clarify: there will be no restriction on actions starting with D1.
