Actual truth is religion provides people faith and community and a support system which is essential for mental health. Hence the higher incidence of mental health issues in athiests
Tbh I really don't see any difference between atheist and People who follow religion.
problem arises when Extremist from both sides starts debating.
but yea Religion do Give some sort of Psuedo hope to people to carry on.

im currently in the proccess of being prescribed medicinal cannabis

just felt like i needed to spout this out somewhere
I'm waiting for them to legalise cannabis here in Germany and hoping it helps with my chronic pain.
It's not going to happen before 2024 tho:josad:

...Wait... I've only ever heard that being prescribed to handle immense pain...
I might be thinking into it too much though.
You ok?
He's not going to reply to you because he doesn't like you. Deal with it.

you should try consulting with a doctor because it seems like australias and germanys laws are similar on cannabis

if you have tried a number of traditional medicine or nothing has worked in the past, they are likely to prescribe it to you

have you tried, it might be easier than you think
I have tried to reason with the health system many times and they turn out to be incompetent over and over again.
It's almost like a curse.
My plan is I'm going to wait until it's legalised, try if it works at all and if it does I'll go to the doctor, tell them that cannabis works for me and ask if I can get a prescription.

Thank you. It's a terrifying reminder of my mortality. I -think- I'll be fine, but I have no real evidence for it. My gut (no pun intended) tells me that it's likely something benign. I am not experiencing fatigue, but my I -have- been losing a lot of weight (mostly because I've done a lot of exercising and dieting). Nonetheless, it's still a concerning time for me.

You have every right to feel concerned. A lot of times your gut instinct is the right one. Hopefully you are correct and it’s benign.
