General & Others What are your "What-If ?" ideas ?

1. We know Oden refused Rayleigh's help in opening the border.
So what if, instead of leaving Oden at the coast and instantly departed, the whole Roger Pirates stayed in Wano for like 2 nights, just because they want to rest or have vacation?
They would see Kaido there and remembered the old days with Rocks.
2. What if Kaido and Beast Pirates came to Wano during the short time Whitebeard and his crew were also there, and they met?
Will Kaido just be like "screw this island, we are looking for another territory", or play it safe and act like good guy until Whitebeard left, or went all out war against him since the beginning?
3. What if Sabo never appeared in Dressrosa arc, and Oda let Rebecca ate the Mera Mera fruit and made him join the crew.
What would change in Zou, WCI (assuming she went there too) and Wano arc?
Imo if she stays in character (crying damsel), in WCI she would only take out Minister (probably Gailette)
But what if she was never a damsel, imo she could have defeated Compote with her newly acquired Mera Mera fruit

About 2nd scenario
Imo there would be triple threat war. There, Kaido just arrived and hadn't made alliance with Orochi yet. Oden and scrubbards were also still there.
Wano's complete force won't stay silent seeing 2 foreign pirate crews having all out war in their territory.

What if Robin met someone kind-hearted enough to not try to sell her for her bounty and to see that she was just a lonely and scarred girl and not the Demon child the WG said she was and genuinely took care of her long before meeting the Straw Hats.
What if Teach had been spotted by the Red-Hair Pirates after his murder of Thatch and before he could leave the New World.
What if Roger and Garp had failed at defeating Xebec.
