What if someone had killed Roger before he could be executed and make his speech that started the Great Age of Piracy.
What if Xebec had succeeded in overthrowing the World Government ?
What if Cracker had recovered by the time of Whole Cake Chateau fall and had helped his siblings and crewmates to deal with the Straw Hats, Firetanks and Germa 66 ?

Certain characters joined the crew, I.e. Gin, Wyper...
If Robin was a physical fighter and used her DF in conjunction with it instead of just clutching.
If Nami had her Axe and robotic arm, that I saw before and how that would play out.
If Nojiko joined and how the dynamic would play out and what fighting style she'd have.
