What if Vivi joined the SHPs after Alabasta?
-Alabasta would be lead by the rebells and immediately become the closest new ally to the revolutionary army. Vivi would start as lookout.

What if Bellamy got killed back in Jaya?
-Luffy would have less motivational boost in Dressrosa, out of the snowball effects Luffy would have no grand fleet or atleast a much smaller one. Luffy would have gone all out different gesr 4 forms against Doflamingo. Luffy would get help from Zoro against Doffy.

What if Kuzan killed Akainu on PH?
- Green Bull wouldn't be admiral and Ceasar Clown wouldnt be on Punk Hazard anymore. Smoker would be sent to a mission to spy and corner the Blackbeard Pirates. Teach would be stronger.

What if Sabo, Ace and Luffy left together?
