Controversial What Character(s) do you think had the most wasted potential

Aramaki, hate how he showed up pointlessly only to get clowned on by Shanks and leave.

I really do hope Oda has something good planned for him in the future, be a shame if he was a just a one dimensional darwinist.

Then there's Kong - he's even higher up in the ranks than Akainu or Sengoku but doesn't do shit. I don't even know why he exists, but I do find his name and design badass.

Vista was super cool for the five minutes he appeared. I would have liked it if he was a more prominent swordsman.

Sea Kings in general need more love because I like kaiju. I would love to the top tier variant of an SK, like an alpha Sea King that's like the WB of it's kind.

Toki, the one character with the time travel devil fruit, the one person who had lived during the Void Century and thus surely had priceless informations on the Ancient Kingdoms and state of the world, what life was like and certain events during this era, and someone who could have been a far more developped character, someone who could have been a legit badass female character only for her to be reduced to just Oden's wife and a time travel plot device.

Oda: "I'll give her exactly two important roles: birth Momo and tell Orochi that creepy prophecy."

CP0 could have been presented as more badass and interesting than what was shown in the manga, with Robin and Law being wary of them, and Sabo avoiding a confrontation with them at Dressrosa, though they turned out to be another wet firecracker with them having almost to no impact in Wano arc and being easily beaten and Rob Lucci somehow being again the strongest of the group, at least of those shown onscreen.

Definitely Vivi. Despite being a Vivi fan, the worst thing to happen to her was NOT getting captured in the holy land.
Instead of being infodumped on with massive lore drops and giving the straw hats a reason to storm the holy land, she got:
>brushed off by zoro, who somehow convinced Luffy and the rest of the crew that this weak diplomat would totally be fine in the fucking holy land, and used Ace (someone infinitely stronger and more capable who needed help) as an example
>her reaction to cobra dying being completely offscreened and she is completely out of the loop on what exactly happened outside of what wapol can piece together from witnessing it
>morgans aurafarming off of her every time she appears
>is again, at the mercy of morgans and can't actually go anywhere anyway despite not getting captured
>doomed to just be reactionpiece fodder with fucking wapol until god knows when
I pray Oda has some insane plan for her that would even blow out the scenario of if she got captured, but until then I am disappointed.
