We know that he was kind of the real mastermind behind Big Mom. He was even in the Rocks crew during her period spent there. So what do you think happened to him,after Big Mom's death? Does he have the same influence over the older Big Mom's sons and daugthers like Katakuri? Or do you think he doesnt rule anything now,and he just stays there? He probably already lost his influence over Big Mom in the recent years,even before she died? He didnt seem to have much say in Big Mom's decision on going to Wano

He doesn't really has that much influence, even as the most veteran member of the crew and the actual mastermind behind BM's empire. Maybe he could still be an executive chef of sorts if the crew splits up between Katakuri's and Perospero's factions (some people believe that Perospero is his son), but if Katakuri takes the reins, I think that he might be screwed up.
Katakuri seems more like a WB kind of pirate (his family would be his first concern), while Perospero/Streusen would probably want to safeguard BM's territories/influence by fear and force first. Streusen would never have an explicit leadership role, as apparently the strongest BM's children (we could also mention Compote, Daifuku, Oven, Smoothie, Cracker and maybe even Snack) have more strength and authority in the crew.
On another note, Big Mom could still be alive. That would be the best possible situation for him IMO, as he would maintain his position.

He's highly respected among the crew as far as I remember. He will remain the grey eminence behind the crew without taking an executive role. He's more like a staff officer/adviser. Doubt the dude even has a bounty despite being a Rocks veteran, he always stays in the shadows. Wouldn't be surprised if the WG gave him a Chopper meme bounty.
