CoA Level 03 is Internal Destruction
CoO Level 01 Future Sight
CoO Level 02 Senses Sharing or Mind Link (It's not yet Named but was Used by Zunisha in Zou Arc and Yasopp in Movie Red)
CoO Level 03 is Voice of All Things
CoC Level 01 CoC Coating (I'm still waiting for an Official Name from Manga)
CoC Level 02 CoC Projection (Basically you can unleash your CoC from others, Shanks used it in Wano to make Ryo feel entire Crew)
CoC Level 03 Unknown (Rarest & Strongest Haki Ability)
CoA Level 02 is Barrier

Potentially unknown abilities of Haki that he doesn't yet possess?
- I would wager that everyone who currently uses Haki is on a lower level than people who used Ancient Haki abilities. So, there is an entire other category he hasn't even scratched the surface of yet.
- Beyond the Ancient Haki abilities, I believe there may be unknown God level Haki abilities that nobody has ever used.
So... I would say Luffy hasn't learned a ton of skills that he could be using both known and unknown.
