King of Hell (KoH) is the name of Zoro's techniques when he's using a lot of blackened haki, so much it creates a green aura around his swords, and ACoC together.
As we can see in the following scene just using ACoC, even with non-aura/normal blackened haki, is not a KoH technique.
Zoro has three sword serpent/dragon style technique which is when he uses even more ACoC.
There's so much ACoC it trails behind Zoro and looks like a serpent or dragon.
Zoro can use KoH and 3 sword Dragon Style together.

In KOH mode Zoro has the ryuo smoke and AdCoC, onigiri was upgraded and turned into a ranged attack.
That bird dance was the same as before but laced with CoC, so not a KOH move.
KOH change Zoro's old moves, while CoC attacks look the same but with black lightning.

Luffy is coating himself in armament and Conqueror's haki according to the lastest chapter, so the same thing that KOH does for Zoro.

just clearing up some "misconceptions" :
- all enma does is release the user's ryuo (armament haki)
- enma uses zoro's own ryuo
- zoro can use acoc haki freely (with and without enma)
^ the black lightning is only coming out from 1 sword (sandai kitetsu) because zoro chose to only coat sandai kitetsu by his own will

And wano citizens refers ryuo to CoA because they didn't know about the types of haki and no one beside Oden had CoC in wano.

Ryuo was never stated to be armament haki only, it's more like a "process" of haki flow, so it can be a flow of CoA of a flow of CoC, the panel of Luffy remembering about ryuo just before he uses CoC coating proves this.
