Powers & Abilities What is Scopper’s ability/powers going to be?

From the information at hand he’s a bonafide top tier in his prime, so how’d you reckon he fights?!

Confirmation/Speculations include the following:-

- Power of Love/ Emotions (Specultaed but does talk about Love a lot)
- Devil Fruit (Unknown but not unlikely)
- Pure badass axemanship (Confirmed)
- Inhuman speed; reaction time (More thank likely)
- The zenith of Observation Haki (1. Was able to sense Shamrock even though he was concealing himself through as of yet unknown means; 2. Able to hear Luffy’s declaration across an entire sea?!
- ACOC (unlikely but who knows?!)

I’m presuming speed based and CoO based given the Sanji connection and that he’ll tell Luffy he needs to get over his stamina weakness by running around him like Kizaru did.

Speed is the obvious tell with how he outpaced Luffy and zoro twice, plus defeated an entire mountain filled with pirates in time to get Roger healed. CoO is also kind of a given seeing how he was able to sense the HK arriving unlike the SHs. These two will fit with Sanji’s abilities as well

if he’s the man marked by flames he also likely has a DF. Probably something like the swirl fruit to further hint at the Sanji parallel

AdCoC is a possibility depending on how Oda wants to handle that ability

I don't think he's a speedster like Sanji. He doesn't have the build for it, and his weaponry doesn't really suggest finesse and agility either. Everything about Gaban seems to suggest dexterity, strength and Haki.

imo he'll be a powerful brawler that's capable of some high level Haki abilities. He didn't seem surprised by the disappearance of the Haki he felt, so perhaps he's capable of similar feats.

I'm also curious wtf this "power of love" thing is. I'm hoping for an explanation as to how Sanji was able to kick a laser and no sell S-Shark punching him in the face. I think it's possibly related to Buccaneers, with Gaban having Buccaneers blood by heritage and Sanji having Buccaneer DNA.

Idk remember old school Dragonball when Krillin and Goku were racing then old man roshi blew both out of the water super casually.

Oda may do the same thing here with Gaban.
