Luffy - No time limit for G5 and an improved form of ACoC that can counter Imu's abilities. Also CoO negation like Shanks has
Zoro - Needs a huge improvement on mobility and speed. 3 Black blades and FS too
Sanji - Some huge PoL PU combined with better CoA haki for increased AP and Future Sight. Possibly black flames
Jimbo - Honestly don't know lol, maybe improved haki
Franky - Has to get haki, especially CoA. Better physical stats and improved science/mechanical powers
Brook - Honestly just needs basic CoO and CoA. He's cracked otherwise
Robin - For the love of god, please give her haki. Basic haki with a CoA proficiency and awakening for her
Usopp - Basic haki with extremely refined CoO. Definitely will need FS at the minimum. a new weapon too with a far more versatile skillset than his current plants. Maybe base CoC
Chopper - Ehh improved physical stats with basic CoA. He's fine honestly, just needs more screentime
Nami - Armor, better lightning, improved physical stats and CoO. Prometheus seems like a cool addition too if Big Mom returns

Luffy - He needs to improve his base stats. They are ridiculously low, especially the AP. And he must improve his resistance with the G5.
COA level should also improve.
Zoro - He is the strongest by far. Maybe it will only slightly improve its mobility over long distances, nothing more for now.
Sanji - More AP, resistance, DC, defense, improve COA, COO, and learn ranged attacks. But especially, Sanji should improve the COA in a beastly way.

Rankyaku is no different from the cutting fire ability or Zoro's sword geppou, a handy ability to use now and then.

He won't change the III Kitetsu don't need that swords connected with women more important
Only Problem lacks of speed mobility aka geppo doubt this clown will give him that because he can already counters that with tornados high jumps and range air slashes

Sanji: Bladed shoes, some sort of illusion ability where he can make his kicks go all over the place so the enemy think they’re in one spot when they’re not, better haki, new haki, power of love more
Fatbei: better fish man karate, have him get a magic unlimited barrel full of water he always has at his disposal, better haki, nvm just execute this fish
Robin: punches, kicks, haki, advanced armnament, six powers, fish man karate, that illusion shit Black Maria was doing in wano, revolutionary army stuff since the revs have to have a special power or whatever they use, claws, DF awakening, flying, ability to sprout thorns from her body
Ussop: just execute this thing or give him the mark fruit
Nami: Gigantification with the owl, fuse with Zeus, have Zeus inside her temporarily in battle
Franky: better tools, six powers, transformers stuff, jetpack, haki, mini nukes
Brook: Death connections, scythe instead of cane, power to access the afterlife and summon souls
Chopper: drugs, sulong form, OR have him awaken, turning him human, which will make him a respected doctor and be able to do more stuff
