I don't think there will be anymore than the two we've seen.

Again, it's a question of balancing the characters. A near enough full Whitebeard Pirates is too much of an advantage to the alliance, especially with the BM Pirates neutralised and under strength.

I think Whitey Bay, Jozu, and Vista are there hopefully. And we can have Vista fighting Smoothie maybe, and Whitey Bay fighting Ulti if Nami isn’t string enough.

But it’s also a likely conclusion that it’s just Marco, Neko, Izo, and some fodder with them.

Outside of Jozu/Vista who are actually strong, I would like Ace's second in command Deuces to come, both for card/number puns, also to meet Luffy/Tama and have that interaction and I'd also want Fossa (balding cigar dude) and Doma (monkey on shoulder) because I liked their character designs.

The WBP will totally clean house, which is what they did when they owned the marine plaza and allowed Luffy direct access to the scaffold. Vergo wasn’t there to hold the position and Master-Sama was chilling, still that’s just shows how the scales might have slightly tipped to the SHs favour if the whole crew is there.

I would like to see them again, but if a lot of WBP commanders show up, and without the BMP, a lot of our main characters would have to deal just with the minions as the Commanders could deal with the Beast Pirates.

I agree with @Garp the Fist in that it's probably just Marco/Izo, but maybe a few other captains are there, like Bay. The reason being that having 14 Division commanders seems way too overpowered.

However, I hope that Marco after this arc travels with Izo to gather the other 12 Captains for the final war. They SHOULD be around for that. Hell, I'd love it if they went to go look for the Roger Pirates as well.
