I think rest of the Rocks Pirate will join those three, and when they will be losing, some of them will betray n leave.
There has to be some betrayal by the core members, the main theme of why too many COC users can't be in a crew.
Kaido, WB n BM won't.
I think Shiki, silver axe, that fat fishman might.
Also, when Rocks will lose, Imu will take over his body, and make him fight Roger, which in turn make Garp join Roger to tag team.
I was inclined towards rest of the Roger Pirates vs Rocks, but Ray is leaving, and Gaban has to give PTSD to sommers or that expression of his doesn't make sense to seem him again after four decades or so.

Saturn-Mu will bully Rocks, Whitebeard and Kaido. It will not be pretty. Rocks did not manage to kill Garling (though he fucked him up majorly] so the idea he can successfully defeat or exorcise Imu from Saturn like Joyboy did or push him back to the Holy Land is stupid to me.
It largely depends on whether or not Oda even shows this fight to be real. I can see a scenario where we cut to next chapter and Kaido and Whitebeard lay unconscious on the island in super deep craters while Xebec is barely conscious. Can also see a scenario where Oda draws out a fight and has Imu super charge Saturns abilities to eye-diff Kaido, hold down Whitebeard with his passive aura ability, and poisons Xebec.
Either way, Big Mom when she sees "oh, Xebec, Whitebeard AND Kaido are getting the stuffing beat out of them" is not gonna join. Oda does not want her to fight either way, buit if she is not humilitaed by one of the remaining gods knights, or knocked out by a rage boosted Imu conqueorrs blast she wont join the fight anyway.
Roger and Garp are not doing shit either way in this match up. I dont care who the fuck Garp is, if he fought back against Imu and defied them here he would have gotten erased alognside his home island, and entire family.
They might fight a domi-reversi Rocks, if Imu strikes a deal with Rocks / forcibly turns him, but that is about it. They wont fight imu directly.

A problem I genuinely have with Demon Rocks vs Roger and Garp is that I think it is likely but I dont get how Xebec does not smoke both of them. If Xebec fights back against the control and allows them both a kill shot I guess that works, but if Imu can turn Xebec in the first place, I dont really know if he can even fight back against the control at all.
Imo, everyone vs Imu
Because Roger and Garp and Roger's crew have no reason to fight Xebec or Whitebeard or Kaido, especially for Garp, people are dead because of the celestial dragons and there's a big shadowy figure

I was wondering what in the world could make Roger and Garp take Imu's side in all of this and I never could find the answer...
...but the answer was always in front of my nose. Imu will Domi Reversi Garp and Roger and that's how they obeyed him.
That's why neither of them are proud of what happened on God Valley and dont want to talk about it.

Roger is excited of Imu's haki. His crew got Shakky and the pile of treasures. He is even said forget about Rocks.
Garp is on his first stage of doubting the justice that he was so proud, just like Dragon, Koby, Kuzan, and etc. He also sensed Imu's haki and it will be his focus.
So the narrative is pointing towards Imu as the next target. This puts Imu in disadvantage. So the reasonable option here is make them fight each other, domi reversi Xebec to fight Roger and Garb seems likely, Xebec is also weaken compared to Roger and Garp. He also hate the people with D in their name, so it will be killing 3 birds with one stone.

Garlic stomping TWICE in the last chapter did satisfy most though

I feel Eris will die and Xebec would go berserk mode - killing every celestial dragon. Garp and Roger will step up to protect them.
As far as IMu is concerned, he's there after possessing Saturn. If Saturn goes down, IMU most likely will disappear from GV as well
