He will eventually be cornered into a fight, either because Kizaru will prove to not be enough to stop the SHs from escaping, so he has to act personally because that kind of infos can not be divulged no matter what, and after all the SHs already know too much so even if they know about his true form is not a problem (also Sabo, who is a leader of the faction who hates the WG the most, already knows it so it is just a matter of time until everybody knows it, or already this is what would happen in the real world).
So he has to fight and almost for sure he will have to fight Luffy... At this point probably Luffy will somewhat win, he will be tough but not as tough as Kaido otherwise a lot of things would look stupid from a power lvl perspective, and either he is defeated and killed (could die for a random reason like Kaido and BM, Luffy and friends don't kill cause they are the good guys) or he escapes and comes back to Marijoa.. probably to be erased by a Im in a show of power, a bit like when Vegeta killed Nappa after he was defeated (so something to hype Im in the end).
This is the most generic and likely stuff that can be expected imo, then let's see what Oda is cooking.
And also maybe a conversation with Vegapunk where he reveals some lore about void century, ancient weapons and other stuff (or maybe we already got our fill about that in the last chapter and that is it).

4. Saturn might not fight even after taking commands of the Seraphims.
5. Saturn might engage and aim to kill Luffy for the WG to finally get the Nika Fruit. Or Luffy might engage him when he realizes he's the real raid boss or if Vegapunk tells him so.
6. Might show some kind of hax that'll make him have the upperhand over Luffy.
7. Kill or at least tell his underlings/serpahims to kill the CP0 Agent traitors.
Alternatively, he might just go Thanos mode at the start since it is now known to them that York has been captured.

First of all he will wait for the crew and Navy be engaged in battle. Amidst that Chaos he will then move to most likely retrieve the Seraphim which will be in Vegapunks care. They will have a clash of ideologies as two scientists as well as lore bombs of the Void century. The other Gorosei will listen in, it will be a replica of the Dr. Clover seen.

Saturn is head of scientific defence. Finding out the energy is main reason for him being here so the government can fully power their weapon imo
