Okay Zoro fans, lets say for the sake of the Zorohaters and Rubber-nut-huggers like Morj that Kaido doesn't die.
Would we be happy if Zoro uses the aura where he makes his opponents foresee their death on Kaido?
Like lets say Zoro is fighting Kaido, goes to kill him but instead of killing him, he shows Kaido that he could kill him. Something similar like what he did to Monet, but more Bad ass.
This way Luffy-nut-huggers and Zorohaters who believe Kaido can't die because its his wish, will get their wish.
And us, followers of the Grandmaster, get Zoro killing a Yonko with his stronk aura alone. Everybody wins!!!

Meanwhile at least Zoro outright claimed he wants to behead him.. it looks like he is willing to. Meanwhile we don't even know whether or not Yamato would be willing to kill her own dad on the other hand. Plus if she did she would fail to join the SH perhaps in that the Wano people would forgive her and perhaps she would wish to stay at that stage.
Age means nothing, person could have child brain even at 30 y.o.
Yamato is teenager in all terms, she didn't know even who is she, calling herself different person name, pretending to be a "father" of Momo. She has problems with own personality, with accepting herself, and obviosly that lead to father- daughter problems...
But in the end Kaido is still her father, and he is better than Judge for obvious reason.
Plus to that you can't be sure that Akainu/Teach will not join party at Wano! First Younko that will be defeated by Luffy is Teach.
Zoro also claimed to cut Doffy's cage
