I'm not really a fan of overly pretentious posts that pretend to know stuff about people based on their likes. I think Wano had some good aspects whilst being unfortunately underwhelming but I don't view people that enjoy it as having low standards, opinions are subjective and I get being disappointed with Oda but why bash people for simply enjoying stuff? Seems strange and overly negative and bitter when you can simply articulate your own grievances with the arc and go in-depth with that.

I also view Marineford and Water 7/Enies Lobby as One Piece at it's most amazing but bashing others for enjoying different arcs seems pointless and just unnecessarily pompous.
One Piece is the greatest written story ever and if you disagree with that then I challenge you to open any other media platform or discussion thread forms and speak about anything you want whether eits an anime, manga, live action tv shows or movie or even novels and books and I guarantee you you won't have 1/10 of reaction you get from talking about One Piece whether it praising it or trash it.
Appreciate the fact you witnessing One Piece as its going week by week instead of crying and bitching all the time. If you know better than go and do it yourself instead of wasting time trashing something you wish you could achieve a day of its 25 years of success.
Oh yeah Wano is the third best arc in one piece btw.

Enies Lobby and Marineford are overrated as hell and I will die on this hill. The former had an improvised group of villains all ultimately sharing the same fighting style and aesthetics, one of the most uninspired subplots in this series (the keys, what a "good plot"!) and tons of filler (Nero, Jerry, Baskerville and their Jurymen...); Usopp's plot from Water 7 carried most of it, but Enies Lobby is an incredible downgrade from Water 7. And the latter survives thanks to its ending because overall it's a hype-dependant mess of half-baked fights and continuous running all happening in a white, bureaucratic scenario that hardly stimulates anyone's imagination.
By the way, I'd take Thriller Bark as a whole over them any day and I'm far from a troll.
Gotta love the people who wanna prove themselves smarter than random internet people by trying to pretentiously shit on peoples tastes.
Water 7/Ennies Lobby is the best arc in the series followed closely by WCI.
Marineford is great, but let’s be honest it was carried heavily by hype characters and was incredibly slow paced that reading it weekly would’ve been rough as it’s literally luffy boomeranging across a battlefield while top tiers stand and pose for half of the arc.
I like marineford because Whitebeard and admirals action.
‘I like dressora arc because Doflimingo is best villain of timeskip.
‘I like baratie arc because don krieg is best pirate character.
I like Arlong Park, Arabasta, Skypiea, Water7-Enies Lobby, Marineford the most. All from pre-TS.
Post-TS, i like Fishman Island, Dressrosa. Wanna say Wano but it's way too much of a mixed bag due to its drag and inappropriate pacing, fodder fight other important stuff being in the spotlite.
impel down, reverie and sabaody ftw. honorable mentions: syrup village and orange town
water 7/enies lobby are a mixed bag for me - i liked sogeking and usopp vs luffy is my 2nd fave fight in the entire series... but i can't really like these arcs as they were centered around characters i hate (franky and robin).
The only bad arcs in OP are Fishman Island and Punk Hazard.
Dressrosa and Wano are somewhat poorly structured, but have very good important plot points like Luffy getting a grand fleet and becoming one of the world's elite top strongest characters.
I make a distinction between Water 7 and EL. Consider the former to be the best conflict/ tension/writing-wise, felt like it had more emotional realism to it, esp. with the Usopp conflict (he was amazing there). That said, Doffy is my fav character cause of his psychology, so DR is up there. :)
