The question is rhetorical, its not like King and Queen were established prior to Wano. Shanks and Blackbeard have the benefit of showing off all of their crew designs pre-ts (save for one more BB captain)

Ben stopped Kizaru in his tracks. And don't tell me the bull crap of Kizaru ignoring Ben and using Yasakani no Magatama. Kizaru stopped after aiming directly at the sub marine. After Ben let him be, as the submarine escaped, Kizaru tried to bombard the sea and try to catch them.

Kizaru had the submarine right in front of him aiming his laser. Ben prevented that, letting the submarine escape. If Kizaru really could've ignored Ben, he would've shot the submarine straight away, rather than letting it escape, no?
