But Luffy’s situation came after Zoro's, and there were already theories that he would die and come back as early as 1038 when the reaper was first shown?!?!?

Honestly for me I think he I’ll blacken all 3 ik most want wado to change with mihawk but at the end of the day that’s just a popular theory and right now Oda put luffy at his peak vs kaido so current peak for zoro would be all three blades of course neither luffy nor zoro is eos lvl from having this huge power up moment vs kaido

The grim reaper will take his pain, help him to not die, and after zolos journey he will serve as a slave in hell to repay the loan, thats all.

Zoro doesn't have broken bones. It's not double the damage it's double the pain.

His increase in strength and power will come from creating a black blade. Not only will he grow stronger from having the power and skills needed to create a black blade but his CoC will grow much stronger as well. CoC grows stronger as the user grows stronger.

The Grim Reaper cliffhanger is legitimately one of the biggest "WTF?!" moments in One Piece. Like what the heck was that?

I don't think Zoro's out for good. There're still loose ends regarding Ruyma/Shimotsuki heritage. As for combat, I don't know if he'll recover in time to fight again. Unless that Grim Reaper plot is some new sword spirit awakening or some shit lol
