that was my favourite moment from marineford man... i've always liked koby, even when he was that wimp at the start of the series, but his speech in marineford was what cemented my status as a kobyfa(n).
I cannot single out one moment from One Piece alone but if I really had to, it would be Luffy beating Crocodile or Monster Chopper's debut. Absolutely powerful, emotional, intense and iconic scenes. The music with the Crocodile scene, the symbolism of Luffy launching him into the sky and rain finally retuning to Alasabata upon Crocodile's defeat and the immense drought ending and with Monster Chopper, the amazing use of a real elk roar with editing to terrifying and astounding effect but also the sheer unapologetic gravity they gave to that scene, to really emphasise the horror and emotional impact of the scene and Chopper's sacrifice and desperation too.
Another one that stuck in my memory from pre timeskip, lack of music or anything gave me chills....
The whole Zoro and Kuma sequence is something else.
Very hard to choose from, but I would say when Luffy rung the golden bell on Skypeia and he cast a huge shadow for all to see. Very hype and satisfying payoff after a lot of set-up beforehand.
This moment with the musical accompaniment makes it clear that the Straw Hats are ready to face even the greatest enemy. This is exactly what I envision as they march into the final battle against Im and the World Government.
