I am sure you have read a lot people saying that it was in Whole Cake and Shitty Country, right?
This is the exact answer.
In Whole Cake:
-Lolda introduced a large villains group with very good designs and a interesting theme(Big Meme Pirates) and we expected them to become a legendary villains group. Only to them to become a bunch of harmless nutjobs that fell in irrelevance in no time.
-Introduced a family of scumbags that have no redeeming qualities(Germa),only to never give them what they fucking deserve.
In Shitty Country:
-Lolda confirmed that for him,villains only exist to be living punching bags for the heroes,by writing Least Pirates being defeated without accomplish anything.
-Lolda destroyed all sense of seriousness,by making the title that Condom-Boy's gang spent 383 chapters looking for meaningless by making a subzero level fodder get it without do anything.
-The main cast become garbage. At this point, they are only a bunch of dipshits looking for world peace,and only accomplish things because everything and everyone is stupidly in their favor.
-The spamming of useless characters reached the most insufferable point. Lolda wasted a lot of time with that dumpster of characters that are Lolden and his shoelickers,making them constantly shove down our throats that insufferable blabbering about right and wrong,friends and enemies,heroes and villains,and that their dumpster of a country should be saved at any cost. I hate especially that dumpster in form of humanoid animals,because they destroyed the last chance for fix Chopper.
But there are plenty of people like @Paperchampion23 who pretend that none of this is true.
