Speculations When does Yamato join the crew?

Well, it's probably going to be whenever the walls of Wano come down. I could see Yamato and Momo meeting up with Luffy onboard Pluton. If there's some grand Gathering of the Ancient Weapons moment in the story.
Chances are, Luffy's going to need each of the Ancient Weapons to do something for him. And it probably has to be "at the right time". The reason why all these characters are staying behind on their home islands is probably because different things are likely going to have to happen all around the world. Luffy needs allies in different spots all around the world, in order to make sure the dominoes all fall in the right places.
Luffy's probably going to activate something on Laugh Tale that'll have worldwide consequences. And then all the Ancient Weapons will have to do their things. Shirahoshi will have to use Noah to help evacuate the Fishmen, while the Red Line falls because of Luffy's actions. The walls of Wano will come down, and Pluton will rise from the depths. And Uranos will descend from the sky, possibly to burn down Yggdrasil.
Everyone who's piloting a Ancient Weapon might end up joining Luffy's fleet while that's happening. So, I'm saying sometime "after" Laugh Tale. Although, it well may be sometime "during" the events of Laugh Tale. "Before" is possible, but unlikely in my eyes. I really think Laugh Tale is where the Strawhats will have to make some sort of big choice that will decide once and for all if we head towards the "good" or "bad" timelines.
I'm personally of the opinion that ALL of the "Good" and "Bad" timelines are each the same timeline. Either EVERYONE gets their "Good" timeline or no one does. This seems like it could be a "all or nothing" kind of situation.
Personally, I'm not really expecting Yamato to ever join the "main" crew. But, if Yamato is still a pirate when Luffy becomes the King of the Pirates...then technically EVERY pirate in the world may be part of Luffy's crew. From a certain point of view. Yamato will likely be taking orders from Luffy, and working with him. But, I'm not expecting Yamato to spend a lot of time with the other Strawhats in the main story. Maybe more in the epilogue. But, I could see Yamato actually joining for the first time, during the endgame.

Yamato will probably join after the Lodestar Arc but before the Straw Hats reach Laugh Tale.
It would be the same as Oden, who made it to Laugh Tale but not Lodestar because the Roger Pirates had already ventured there before he joined.
Maybe Oden's travel journal will help reach Laugh Tale, and Yamato has read it her whole life.
