For all we know, Zoro has reached the pinnacle of CoA and Luffy needed training to catch up. His swordsmanship upgrade will most likely involve mixing his CoC+CoA to achieve a black blade.
Sanji didn't get any CoO upgrade cos he fought no one. His role was to quell Big Mom's hunger which he did.
Luffy needed AdCoO cos his life depended on it. He wasn't gna get past Kat without FS.

Turned out Luffy didn't need to learn fs against katakuri, as snake man was fast enough to counter it.

All i'm saying the monster trio should receive equal focuse when it comes to combat progress, so far luffy took all the good focus, while zoro and sanji were handed magical tools.

He already had deployed the BirdCage look closely it is moving and people tries to escape.

It doesn't make any sense imo for luffy to waste 20 minutes against off-white, because by the end of the chapter luffy destroyed doflamingo in an instant once he realzed time is up, why wast 20 on something you can easily bypass?
That's why i believe it was meant to track the bird cage progress.

They weren't stuck in that position Oda just goes on another plot which were in a different time.
To be clear he finished the fight between Kata and Luffy get back to the Sanji and Pudding plot and after came another time to finish Luffy vs Kata

Even if you consider they were stuck. Luffy was still able to keep SM during those 9 min

It wasn't a different time because oda didn't give us a refrence point (before or after something), it looked like natural time flow.

Yeah snake man might be different when it comes to haki consumption, after all luffy ran out of haki after one attack with tank man.

Luffy deserves every bit of his power up because he has struggled the most and have fought the most (which is to be expected since he is the main character), So obviously he will have the biggest Haki bloom, He has plot on his side for obvious reasons, he has always been protected by his nakama since the start and in turn Luffy fights the main opponent.

Eh? Almost every arc, did you forget wci, how he blocked his way back to his ship by breaking the mirror. Whole of pre ts. Luffy vs Lucci, Luffy vs Oars. There are numerous examples of Luffy protecting his crew.

Enma isn't a magical tool. It's basically Wado; the only difference is Wado doesn't draw out the user's haki. It doesn't boost any of Zoro's stats AFAIK. Enma is only as powerful as the person wielding it. Oda only hyped the sword cos it belong to Oden and it scarred Kaido.
You are right about Sanji's combat progress, not sure why Oda decided to go down the RS route with Sanji. Every passing arc, the gap between Luffy/Zoro and Sanji keeps getting wider, Oda probably felt he needed the powersuit to bridge the gap a little bit. I personally dont like it but it is what it is.

Doflamingo was stalling Luffy.
It's write 20 min after not 20min after Birdcage activation.
BTW it can't be 20min after BC activation.
Birdcage last 1hr
Birdcage was stopped 5 min before the end
Luffy recover 10 min
If you add only 20 min
You only have 35 min
Now if the fight last 20 min at least you have 1hr
Birdcage was activated after Ussop defeated Sugar.
During this time Luffy fought Bellamy and Doffy
Zoro fought Pica
Ussop went to the Plateau
Kyros beated Diamante

Just going from under the colliseum to the plateau takes more than 20min
