its obvious he about to be revived/helped. I see Momo killing him with his sword. I don't know how the fight gets back to mainland Wano, but it seems Oda is setting up things for later. Sasaki vs Denjiro even after Denjiro gets his ass beat by Kaido. So this arc is going to be a second stage. Kinemon wife still needs saving, Nidai, hyori etc.... Too much open plot threads that lead back to Wano. The nina heard a noise and went somewhere which is obviously Orochi. Orochi will probably have a plan and will indirectly help the SH because he will go against Kaido forces. Basically Pda setting up for Alliances to lose but Orochi to indirectly help them cause of Kaido betrayal.

Ohhhh fuck I don't want him to come back. I agree with @Longleg Larry that I just don't see a narrative point for Orochi to come back. His story has been told, and he was clearly on the losing team to begin with.
